Do you carry snacks other than chips?
We only carry chips at moment. Well, we also have puffcorn, popcorn, and fries!
Do you only offer small bag sizes? Do you have other flavors?
Our store mainly stocks chips in snack size bags, and the chip flavors are usually more limited in these smaller bags. If you are looking for more variety or bigger bags, you can try our VIP Mix and Match service--choose 4 large bags, and we'll track them down at our local grocery store and send them your way!
I ordered a certain snack from you before but I do not see it on your website any more. Why?
Sometimes a snack is temporarily out of stock on our store. In rare cases, it may be unavailable for an extended period due to issues with the manufacturer. This could be caused by a missing ingredient or the brand choosing not to offer the chip in small bags (but still offer it in large bags.)
Do you have a physical store that I can go to? Where are you located?
We are exclusively online and do not have a physical store for walk-in customers. Our operations are based in Los Angeles, CA.
Where do you ship to? Do you charge for shipping?

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico as well as military addresses, and charge a separate shipping fee. See rates below.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
When will I receive my order? Do you offer expedited shipping?
We only offer standard shipping at this time. At the checkout page, you should see the estimated delivery window AFTER you put in your address.
Shipping takes about 4-6 business days, but orders to the West Coast is quicker (about 2-4 business days) as we ship from California.
Please note it can take up to 24 hours to process and ship out your order although we usually ship out the same day we receive them!
* Orders going to HI, AK PR, and military addresses take longer. Estimate will be provided at the checkout page.
Which carrier do you use? How can I track my order?
We primarily use US Postal Service and UPS, but will also use FedEx in some cases. If you have concerns with a certain carrier, please let us know. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the order tracking number so that you can get real time updates on the order delivery!
I need to modify/cancel my order. What should I do?
If the orders are not yet dropped off to the shipping carriers, they can be modified or canceled. Once they are dropped off, they are in the hands of the shipping carrier and cannot be modified/canceled. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify/cancel an order.
What's your refund/return policy?
Due to food safety reasons, we do not accept returns. That said, we can issue refunds and replacements. If you are not completely satisfied with the order, please reach out to us. If the orders are damaged, we ask that you send us a picture of the damaged box/content. If we sent you the wrong snacks, we also ask you send us a picture of the snacks you received.
Do you offer gift wrap service?
We do not offer gift wrap service at the moment. However, we can omit the packing slip/receipt if you will let us know.
