Our "VIP" Service broadens our chip selections to those found in major retail stores--over 150 chips, including new, seasonal, and limited edition flavors! Get free shipping (within the continental USA!), and absolutely no tipping!!
Here is how it works:
Step 1: Choose four bags of chips. (These are the big bags, by the way)
Step 2: Once we receive your order, our team will head to a nearby grocery store the same day or the next day to pick out your order. That's right! We do not "stock" the snacks per se but we will get them for you! This ensures the freshest chips!
Step 3: We pack and ship them to you using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, with tracking included!

How is this VIP Mix and Match service different from the other chips on the website?
The VIP Service is different in three major ways:
(1) The VIP chips are the bigger bags while most of the other chips on CrunchyFix.com are smaller bags.
(2) The VIP chips include many more brands, such as Takis, SunChips, Popcorners to name a few, and additional flavors even of the same brand (say Lays and Doritos).
(3) The VIP service is a made-to-order service. We do not stock these chips; we will have to go to other stores to get them for you (and ship them to you!)
What happens if some of the bag selections are not available in the store?
If only one bag is unavailable, you have the option to choose how we replace the unavailable bag, either by repeating another available bag you select, or letting our team pick an entirely different bag for you!
In the event that two or more bags are unavailable, we will reach out to you and see if you will consider other options (Please leave your email address for contact.) If we cannot contact you, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
Our team do visit more than one store to fulfill your order, so mostly likely, we will can fulfill your exact specification!
Can I repeat the selection and get more than one bag of the same chip?
Yes, absolutely!
I would like a certain chip but I don't see it in your dropdown list. Do you have it?
You can reach out to us via the Contact Us form or by emailing support@crunchyfix.com. If we see them at the store, we will let you know.
When will I receive my chips?
We ship Ground using USPS, UPS and/or FedEx, and shipping takes 4-6 business days. That said, if you are in the West Coast, you will likely receive them sooner since we ship from Southern California!
Please allow an additional 1 business day since we need to go to the store to find your chip selections! We typically go to the store the same day but if certain chips are out of stock so we may have to visit another store the next day.
